- The AutoFill & Regular Scheduled Customers of HRO Water, understand that: If I change my usage pattern for any reason, it is my responsibility to notify HRO Water so the delivery schedule can be adjusted.

- I understand that the tank, fill and vent piping are part of my property and I am responsible for them to function properly. I agree to maintain the tank and piping in good working order. In the winter I will keep all lines thawed and clear of ice or frost. If the tank or its associated piping system overfills, burst, or fails, I am solely responsible for any and all damages that are in a result of such failures. Ladders will need to be approved if required.

- I understand that if my water tank cannot be observed at time of filling, that I will need to be present and watching the tank levels. I do not qualify for automatic or scheduled service. I will need to schedule the amount of water to be delivered.

- I understand that no Credit is extended for personal potable water. That a credit card must be on file and will be charged the day after the delivery. If that card fails, the account will go to COD and prepayment will be required on my account. Call office to set up the credit card payments.

- I understand that it is my responsibility to keep the driveway clear of low branches, vehicles, plowed and sanded. Failure to do so will mean the water will not be delivered as scheduled.

- I understand that if I do not keep the trees or bushes trimmed back to my tank, service will be disrupted.

- Policy: If changes are needed, a workorder will be issued, and a HRO Technician will go to location to review and or make changes (tree trimming, camlock installs, garbage removal etc.). If applicable a water box may be recommended. The decision to refuse service based on unsafe or inadequately maintained location, is based on the driver's discretion at time of delivery. There may be addition fees.

Tank Monitor Rental Agreement

Product Features:

HOMERUN OIL’s dispatch department will have real-time access to customer’s tank level through their software portal as reported by the tank monitoring device.

Tank monitor readings will be updated once every 24 hours. Configurable alerts will notify HOMERUN OIL’s dispatch department should the customer’s tank level fall below [THRESHOLD].

Customer will have access to their real-time tank level from anywhere on their smart device through the HOMERUN OIL Mobile Application, which is downloadable for free through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

The application also allows customer to configure custom alerts for when their tank level falls below a certain threshold.

Payment:

Customer will rent one tank monitor for the cost of [ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION COST] plus applicable taxes.

Payments will be billed to the customer’s HOMERUN OIL’s account.

HOMERUN OIL reserves the right to change the rental fee as needed, given 60 days advanced notice.

Lease Term:

The terms of this agreement will begin [INITIAL DATE] with the end date to be determined.

Customer is required to provide HOMERUN OIL 30 days written notice to cancel the tank monitoring service.

HOMERUN OIL reserves the right to cancel and/or pick up the tank monitor at any time should they see fit. This includes, but is not limited to, any misuse of device and payment issues.

Maintenance:

Tank monitor will be installed by HOMERUN OIL’s trained installation team, free of charge. OR Tank Monitor will be installed by the customer while following all the proper instructions provided.

Propane tank monitors typically have a battery life around 2-5 years. The customer may be asked to troubleshoot or maintain the monitor as needed, including replacement of the 4xAA Energizer L91 batteries.

The customer agrees to notify HOMERUN OIL if there is any known indication that the monitor is not performing accurately.

Ownership

Tank monitor is exclusive property of HOMERUN OIL

Liability:

HOMERUN OIL has no control over a units’ ability to maintain a signal and is not responsible for delay in delivery or damages caused by faulty equipment or technical issues out of their control.
